The company has extensive experience in the residential sector with many prestigious developments in this country and abroad. Projects include the conversion of historic ex-government offices in Central London to high end residences including an 850m2 duplex penthouse. These apartments have full air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation and fully integrated Crestron home automation systems.

Over the years, the company has completed a number of projects for the Dubai Royal Family with major new build residences in Surrey, Newmarket and London. All building were finished extravagantly with extensive use of marble in the reception areas and bathrooms and timber panelling throughout. Discrete air conditioning provided cooling to a very low 16°C and was houses in exquisite bespoke joinery units. The house in Newmarket included a separate pool and leisure complex with 20m swimming pool.

As a Foreign and Commonwealth Office Framework Consultant, we have undertaken the design of Embassy compounds around the world with new Ambassador’s Residences in Jakarta, Manila and Doha. Whilst the interior of these buildings may not be as decorative as other residences, the reception areas are extensive and the demands on air conditioning to cope with functions in the more extreme climates create its own challenges. We have also completed diplomatic residences for other nations in the UK.

Other notable projects include a private residence in Chelsea Square with the designer John Pawson and the conversion of a Grade II listed Empire Hotel in Bath to prestigious apartments with a fitness studio, sauna, audio visual room and underground parking.

Many Residential projects have also been carried out on estates in the Home Counties, Surrey and West Country.

More recently as a Group we have delivered volume based multi-dwelling schemes between 50-250units  for mainstream housebuilders, modular builders and Housing associations.
