242 Marylebone Road, located close to Marylebone Station comprises of an ornate exterior with a contemporary and spacious interior. Well-equipped meeting rooms and breakout areas.

A large art-deco style building that sits on the corner of Marylebone Road and Harewwood Avenue.  It was originally the headquarters building of Woolworths.  Much of the building is constructed of red bricks but the facade on Marylebone Road is Portland Stone. 

Project Scope

  • 10,000m² offices re-fit including the strip-out of existing services back to infrastructure.
  • Refurbishment of chilled and condenser water infrastructure including new pump, motor control panel and BMS.
  • New chiller installation in a confined space.
  • Seven floors of office accommodation returned to CAT A Fitout standard.
